Item 1. Type in the Friedberg number for a note and click the “Friedberg # Search” button.
Item 2. To browse all the notes in the database click this link.
Item 3. This shows the number of results from your search.
Item 4. Select as many of these items as you can to narrow your search, and then click the “Search” button.
Item 5. The items in this grid are the results of your search.
Item 6. Clicking the "Clear all fields" button will clear all selected items in the form.
Item 7. The paging controls allow you to move through the results of your search. - First page - Previous page - Next page - Last page
Item 8. Click on this icon to view the details of this single note in a vertically formatted table.
Item 9. Unchecking this box will hide the search form. This will make it easier to review your search results. To show the form again just check the box.
Item 10. To change the number of notes that are shown on each page change this value.
Item 11. If you know both signatures on a note you can check this box to search for matching pairs. You can search for single names by unchecking the box.
